Technical Notes (unless instructed otherwise)

  1. We will specify our recommended panel thickness below

  2. We step the outline of the building in by 50mm to allow for your batten and cladding

  3. We allow a 5mm tolerance to the top and sides of window and door sizes

  4. The point of order is upon payment of a 50% deposit

  5. We require a 4-6 week lead-time for supply & delivery

  • Number of windows and door positions and their sizes

  • SIPs overhang: projection of roof required at the front, sides & back
