We’re confident in our products so we offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on our SIPs. In the unlikely event that any of our goods prove defective through faulty materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair as required with no questions asked.

Some aspects are beyond our control, in which case our no questions warranty would not apply for obvious reasons. In general, these are things like inadequate storage facilities on-site, natural disasters such as flooding or the quality of pre- and post-site-works carried out by other trade professionals.
