Take control of your self-build
For self-builders, the groundworks, superstructure and glazing are typically the three biggest, most expensive and most complex packages on a project - and they're usually managed separately. We bring them together. One team coordinates all three, so you have a single point of contact, a single programme, and far less risk.
Groundworks
Foundations, drainage and slab coordinated with our SIPs design from day one, with structural engineering included for the substructure.

SIPs Superstructure

Roof Covering
Roofline carpentry, rafter tails, gable ladders and eave overhangs -- managed as part of the SIPs installation programme.

Windows & Doors
We work with trusted national glazing and structural glazing partners and can refer and coordinate directly with them on your behalf -- though this sits outside our single contract.

Unlike suppliers who buy in panels, we design, manufacture and install our own SIPs entirely in-house from our New Forest workshop. That means complete control over quality, programme and cost -- and a team who knows your project inside out from day one.
Design
Bespoke SIPs design in Revit, including 3D walkthroughs and structural engineer coordination.
Manufacture
Panels pressed in our own New Forest workshop. No third-party manufacturer, no reliance on Kingspan.
Install
STA Assure Gold accredited installation teams, site-managed by a dedicated Prince2-qualified project manager.

Where We Work
Our add-on packages -- including groundworks, roofline carpentry and SAPs -- are available to projects within approximately 1.5 hours of our workshop in Ringwood, Hampshire. This covers most of the South, South West and South East. Our SIPs supply and install service is available nationwide.
