SIPs Eco-pods

Towards the end of 2020, we completed our project of design and building three bespoke Eco pods for The Hospice of St Francis, who care for people who are managing or recovering from serious illnesses. It was an honour to be able to help a charity who are helping so many patients and their families through incredibly tough times. The Eco pods, now affectionately referred to as the ‘Chicken Sheds’, were designed with the current Covid-19 restrictions in mind, to allow staff to safely see patients for vital face-to-face support. The whole team were incredibly moved by the incredible work carried out by the team at the hospice and we delighted to be supporting such a fantastic cause. The Eco-pods will now be used to support the staff, volunteers and patients for years to come.
