Sustainable SIP Structures

Our passion and over twenty years of experience in building with sustainable methods have inspired us to focus on the manufacturing and installation of SIPs (structural insulated panels). Ultimately, our ambition is to empower homebuilders and industry professionals to create design-led, eco-buildings using sustainably sourced materials and low-impact methods.

With a proven track record in crafting modular, high-end luxury beach lodges, we now specialise in the manufacture and installation of SIP panels, producing resilient building solutions with long-lasting environmental and lifestyle benefits. Every panel we design is made in-house at our New Forest workshop in Dorset. We’re experienced problem-solvers, so we relish the challenge of installing SIP structures in unusual, tricky, or remote site locations.

All our new builds are zero VAT rated and come with structural calculations from our structural engineer partners included within our proposals. We are delivering multi-unit schemes across the South coast by working closely with developers, their architects, and main contractors. Our in-house, PRINCE2 qualified project managers, will ensure your program and build budget are achieved, offering a wealth of cost and time-saving benefits to your property portfolio. We work with like-minded and sustainability-focused developers who are interested in future-proofing their business with SIPs construction in mind.

Whether you have a brick, block, or stone building our SIPs offer a great choice for extensions due to their flexibility to connect with a range of traditional building methods. Our structural insulated roof panels can simply expand your existing roof structure. Amazing after care service

We commissioned a bespoke Summerhouse with Ecologic approx 5 years ago, which we've been delighted with. At the beginning of June we noticed a dip in the floor in the entrance by the bi-fold doors. Ecologic visited and found that a portion of the wooden board under the vinyl flooring had rotted. On inspection it was concluded that a very small section of damp proof insulation hadn't been cut back during construction and this was allowing small amounts of rain water to be carried inside. Without any quibble the damp proof issue was rectified, the affected area of wooden flooring was replaced, and new click vinyl flooring was laid across the whole Summerhouse due to the existing vinyl tile flooring no longer being available. How a company reacts to something going wrong is a true measure of a business and Ecologic stepped up to the plate with superb after care service. Thank you. Pete & Mand

Great experience from start to finish. Competent and professional company

We recently took receipt of a SIP garden office kit. Really fantastic experience from initial enquiry to final delivery. Very well organised, can-do outfit that took time to work through some design details - delivering a scheme that was exactly what we wanted. Completed to time and with good communication throughout, and to the pre-agreed budget - other than a few additions that arose during the construction and therefore not budgeted for originally. There were a few minor points I fed-back for continual improvement, which the company took on board and listened to. At the end of the day, definitely not the cheapest option, but I do believe you get what you pay for and I was very pleased with our choice. Whole heartedly recommend Ecologic to anyone- and we will return for subsequent orders!
